Privacy notice — the quiz

This notice covers the communication style quiz only. The Cyncerity tool itself stores nothing at all — see the Cyncerity privacy page for that.

What we collect

• Your email address
• Your answers to the eleven quiz questions
• Your resulting communication style
• Your consent choices and the date you submitted

Why we collect it

Two separate reasons, and you consent to each one separately:

• To send you your profile. We need your email address to deliver the result you asked for. Without this, the quiz can't do what it says.
• To contact you about Cyncerity. Optional and entirely up to you. Tick it and we may email you occasionally about the project. Leave it unticked and we won't.

We also look at the answers in aggregate — anonymously, across everyone — to understand who finds this useful and what people struggle with. This helps us build a better tool.

Where it goes

Your email is sent through Resend, our email provider. Your submission is stored in Airtable. Both are third parties with their own privacy terms.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the project ends — whichever comes first. If you only consented to receiving your result and not to further contact, we keep your record for aggregate analysis and won't email you again.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@cyncerity.xyz and we'll action it. No forms, no friction.

You can withdraw consent at any time — it doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

What this quiz is not

It's a communication style snapshot for reflection and curiosity. It is not a psychological assessment, a clinical instrument, or a diagnosis of anything. Please don't treat it as one.
